Research centre develops slow release technology for fragrance industry to extend scent life

A research centre in Thailand has developed a slow release technology for the fragrance industry that could be adapted for perfume and cosmetic applications.

The NANOTEC NanoMolecula Sensor Laboratory, which is a member of the National Science and Technolgy Agency (NSTDA) in the region, has found a way to develop coating and encapsulating techniques for fragance molecules that can extend the scent.
